My name is Hideo Ito. I was born on December 12, 1971, in Joto-ku, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture. I hold certifications as a real estate transaction specialist, financial planner, and mortgage loan advisor. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working for major housing manufacturers and real estate companies in Tokyo. After graduating from a national university in Osaka in 1994, I joined a major wooden house manufacturer.

Subsequently, I served in management positions at a major steel frame housing manufacturer and again at a major wooden house manufacturer. Currently, I am active as a land specialist, handling approximately 60 transactions per year nationwide, with a significant focus on the Kanto region.

I am committed to utilizing my specialized knowledge and experience to sincerely provide the best possible service. The primary difference between me and sales representatives at housing exhibition centers is that, while they can introduce land, they are merely third parties in the actual transactions. In contrast, I can complete transactions as a principal party from start to finish. This extensive experience significantly reduces the risks associated with land searches.

On average, I handle about ten land search requests per month, and my strength lies in finding land that meets my clients' needs. The highest transaction amount in my career was 1.8 billion yen, and more recently, it was 300 million yen. I have also handled numerous requests from celebrities and athletes, though I must keep their names confidential.

In my private life, I have a goal of traveling abroad with my parents while they are still in good health. As a child, I dreamt of living in various places around the world and wanted to work in manga, novel writing, or scriptwriting. My current dream is to have three bases for my daily work: one near the sea, one near the mountains, and my current office. My name is Yoshihiro Amano. I was born on August 13, 1968, in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. After graduating from an art university, I worked at an interior design office for six years and became independent at the age of 30. Since then, I have handled a wide range of projects from residential design to building renovations. In my career, I have won the JCD Design Award Silver Prize, been listed in the JCD Design Award Best 100, and received recognition from the American Architizer A+ Awards.

My design philosophy is to exceed clients' expectations and see the best smiles at the time of handover. In an increasingly information-driven society, the required level of service continues to rise, and I strive daily to meet these demands.

The projects I have worked on include not only detached houses and building renovations but also restaurants, retail stores, offices, hospitals, and more. I have also designed restaurants in the United States, working with an international perspective. Additionally, I am passionate about selecting and producing furniture, excelling in total coordination.

My passion for my work was sparked in high school when I was inspired by a chair designed by the architect Gerrit Rietveld. Having always admired art-related work since childhood, this experience led me to pursue a career in architecture.

I have a variety of hobbies, particularly enjoying golf and camping. As a child, I was engrossed in playing in the fields and mountains, earning the nickname "wild child." I also dreamed of becoming a professional baseball player, magician, or inventor, but now, regardless of age, I aim to be an architect who can thrive globally.

Among notable figures, I have worked with Yasushi Akimoto in the past, a project that significantly influenced my career. Moving forward, I intend to take on even more challenges and expand the possibilities of architectural design. Thank you for your consideration.

Hirotsugu Okamoto

My name is Hirotsugu Okamoto. I was born on December 9, 1978, in Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture. I am certified as a mortgage loan advisor and currently work at a certain housing manufacturer.

I handle an average of ten housing orders annually, surpassing the yearly average of 3-4 orders typical for housing sales. I have many well-known clients and take pride in my proposal skills and track record. To date, I have helped over 150 families achieve their dream homes and have been involved in numerous home-building projects nationwide. At my current housing manufacturer, I have received multiple awards, including the Order Count Award, Order Amount Award, Construction Start Count Award, and Construction Start Amount Award, with a construction completion record of around 400 million yen.

Since childhood, I dreamed of becoming an architect and aimed to live in a house of my own design. When my family home was newly built during my elementary school years, I enjoyed watching the construction site and looking at the blueprints. I started studying architecture in high school and have been pursuing this field ever since.

Recently, the birth of my daughter has made me appreciate family happiness even more. With this joy and my past experiences in mind, I will continue to share information about home-building.
